    The No.1 exhibition hall has four storeys with 86 meters long26 meters widea total area of 8,500 square meters.The No.2 exhibition building has four storeys as a whole with 95 meters long24.6 meters wide,but has 5 storeys parqtly.It covers an area of 10,000 spuare meters.The exhibition building can be divided into parts freelyare equipped with passengerscargo elevators,central air conditioning systems,automatic fire extinguisher,multiuse double power supplycommunications facilities.
    The exhibition building possesses great business value.It can be used not only to hold different exhibitions, shows, businessculture activities,bus also to open large-scale shopping centre,restaurantentertainment places.

    山東省國(guó)際貿(mào)易中心兩座現(xiàn)代化展館座落于青島市最佳的風(fēng)景區(qū)——匯泉灣畔，面向人潮如流的第一海水浴場(chǎng)，背靠草坪如畫的匯泉廣場(chǎng),東臨王朝大酒店，西接著名的匯泉小吃街，總面積一萬八千多平方米，曾作為山東省對(duì)外貿(mào)易的“窗口”，成功地舉辦了十六屆青島對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)洽談會(huì)和五百多次各類綜合展覽會(huì)、博覽會(huì)。是辦公、商業(yè)、休閑活動(dòng)的黃金場(chǎng)所。從2000年起不再受承辦青洽會(huì)的局限，改由國(guó)貿(mào)中心全年自主對(duì)外全面招商。
